Choose the State you are interested in and your Financial Priority. For example, if you are interested in Iowa and are primarily interested in Low Price, you would select the State of "IA" in the State window and the "Low Price" button. Then click on the "Select Priority" button. The database will show you the CCRCs in the State of Iowa, sorted by Average Price. The list shows the State, Facility Name, City, Average Price, Discount(%) and Refund(%).
If you are interested in Asset Preservation, click on the "Asset Preservation" botton and then the "Select Priority" button. This will show a list of CCRCs that provide Refunds of the Entrance Fee (Price), sorted by Refund(%) and Average Price.
If you are interested in Long-Term-Care, click on the "Long-Term-Care" botton and then the "Select Priority" button. This will show a list of CCRCs that provide Long-Term-Care under the Entrance/Monthly Fees, sorted by Price.
If you are interested in Fee-For-Service health care, click on the "Fee-For-Service" botton and then the "Select Priority" button. This will show a list of CCRCs that provide Fee-For-Service health care, sorted by Average Price.
